Request To Add a Team Member

Friendly reminder:

Adding an employee to your agency will change your monthly operating costs. These costs may vary, particularly if you add a third person or more to your office, including yourself. For EZLynx users on the Advanced Package, there will be an additional $175/month; for the Standard Package, an additional $115/month; and the Rater Only*, an additional $65/month.

*Please be aware that the Rater Only option is grandfathered and no longer available to those not already on it.

After you submit your request:

We’ll do a check of the following to confirm that your agency is operating as it should and that you’re in a good position to train team members to do a great job:

1. Your placement of accounts matches carrier appetites
2. You have a good history of uploading all required retention docs
   1. Your client files are well documented with notes of interaction with your customers.
3. You have good loss ratio history with carriers
4. Your production lines up with what was projected on your application to work with Firefly.
