  3. Estimated premium
  4. And at the top of the column, you can see the total premium you have at each stage of your pipeline. (In this example, the column has $13,225 of premium in it.)

  • 👉 But also, which lead sources turn into the most policies, which can be different and is the most important thing to know

Save time identifying high-risk customers

Not every policy needs to be reviewed at renewal. But how do you find the ones that do need your attention?

As you can see in the screenshot below, instead of looking at renewal lists yourself, you can tell Retention Center:

  1. Both what percentage OR dollar amount rate increases you want to appear on your list of high-risk customers.
  2. To include all customers marked as VIP to appear on that list.
  3. And/or for all policies with a total premium above a threshold of your choice to be on the list.

If any of the choices above apply to a renewing policy, then that policy will change color to indicate its risk level on your renewal list: (Shown below, where policies are marked as “High” risk in red.)

This renewal list shown above is refreshed every day with the latest policies that are renewing, and this is where you work on your renewals.

  • As you can see above, you can indicate for yourself when an account has been quoted (green checkmark) or that you’ve reviewed it.
  • You can click on the name of each customer to see their policy details – but Retention Center does so much more than that!

Easily see policy changes at renewal

Another way it saves you more time is by summarizing the differences between the current and renewal versions of each policy. It looks like this:

  • Items with green text indicate an addition was made to the new version.
  • Items with red text have been removed from the previous version.

Sometimes you’ll find that a change in coverage, or the existence of a new claim caused the rate increase. And you might decide that this customer’s renewal is competitive when those changes are taken into account.

But some customers need to be requoted, and quoting takes valuable time, even with a great comparative rater like EZLynx.
